I installed Python 3.9.5 together with PTV VISUM (22).
Afterwards, I installed Spyder (5.3.3) together with Python 3.8.10 and without Anaconda etc.
Now, I want to use Spyder for Python 3.9.5. When changing the kernel from the Spyder-Python (3.8.10) to Python 3.9.5 and reloading the kernel, everthing works fine.
But when I start spyder with Python 3.9.5 as the default version, the kernel is not working. So, I have to start Spyder with Python 3.8.10 first and then to switch to Version 3.9.5. Its working but a bit laborious.
Any idea?
Tanks a lot!
