After upgrading the project from Angular 11 into 14, the compiler starts to generate the cache file again and again when I save any file. I noticed there was a discussion about it in [Angular 13](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/issues/22323)
however it should work properly now.

I tried upgrading from angular 11 to 14 and I expected that would not prevent me from developing things in a fast way. The compiler takes too long time to finish its job now.
